George “Mr.G” Coles, has worked for some of the most well-known stations in Florida. He’s a seasoned veteran whos voice was heard in Ft. Myers, Ft. Lauderdale/Miami, West Palm Beach, and now in Ft Pierce, FL at WPSL 1590 “The Talk of the Treasure Coast”, after a long stint with Coast 101.3 and 104.7 The Flame
While listening to a rock n’ roll station in Ft. Lauderdale he heard an advertisement for Brown Institute. They were encouraging folks with an interest in broadcasting to sign up and become DJ’s. Thinking to himself “What the heck……I’ll give it a shot”…. and the rest as they say….is history.
Coles’ voice can be heard nationally on TV and Radio commercials due to a successful voice over business called Voice On Demand.
An East Coast boy originally from Vineland New Jersey, this announcer loves hearing live bands perform, as he is a bassist from back in the day. Artists like Michael Franks and Kenny Rankin are favorites.
